Welcome!
Deidre Pilcher, MS, LCMFT
I believe that relationships are largely the key to how we experience life. In relationships with others, we experience the full range of human emotions and understand more fully who we are. Through this lens, I enjoy working with couples and individuals on their journey to leading rich and fulfilling lives as their most authentic and connected selves.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’d be happy to answer any questions and begin the process of healing and reconnection as soon as possible. I encourage couples to attend in-person sessions whenever possible, as it allows us the best environment for connection, though I also have a Telehealth option.
About Me
I believe in doing my own work. I invest in myself and my relationships in many of the same ways I work with my clients. I am a partner, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a loyal friend. My pronouns are she/her.
I grew up in Maine and enjoy all things New England except the cold. After spending the first 18 years of my life in the same bedroom of the same house, I have spent much of my adult life moving all over the country. I settled in Maryland over 10 years ago and now consider it home.
I love music and concerts and enjoy west coast swing dancing, playing guitar, and watching sports, particularly football and soccer. I value nature and mindfulness and a good dose of casual humor.
